Job Summary/Company Information:

• A company in Jackson County that is family-owned is hiring a Pump Technician
• This position will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the sewage lift stations
• Someone with an understanding of electrical components and plumbing should apply
• The company is hiring immediately!

Pump Technician's Pay/Benefits:

• Pay starts at $22-30/HR (depending on experience)
• Medical

• Bonus if called out while on call

Schedule:

• First Shift - start & end time can vary
  • Summer 7am - 3:30pm and Winter 7:30pm - 4pm
• On call one week a month or every two months.
• No work on Sunday

Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain electrical components
• Knowledge of electrical control panels
• Experience with Plumbing a plus
• Ability to diagnose and repair pumps, electrical panels, and control systems as well as perform preventitive maintenance.
• 2-3 years of experience with sewage pumps a plus.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Needs a valid DL with good driving record.
• Team player, working in a physical environment
• Okay with outdoor elements year round, dirty work environment
