Building Mechanic (Full-time) 40 Hours per week. (on call overtime may be needed occasionally) Tuesday Through Saturday 5am-1pm, unless otherwise discussed Basic requirements: (others may also apply) -Mechanical aptitude -Experience with heating, electrical and plumbing is a plus -Ability to work in indoor or outdoor elements -Perform routine janitorial duties including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and event setups to include tables and chairs. -Lift 50 pounds -Work with a team and work independently -Have reliable transportation -Weekend availability The candidate must accept and demonstrate the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
