• Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services, and more.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for answering calls, managing physician schedules, managing all incoming/outgoing documents from providers/patients and representing the clinic with a positive, professional attitude.
• Responsible for ensuring a smooth flow throughout the office and work to minimize patient wait times.
• Also serves as the first point of contact for patients, deliveries, and office personnel.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in a retail, business, or office setting is required

Preferred Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of medical office reception experience preferred
