Title: Cisco UCS Consultant
Location: Martinez, CA
Responsibilities
• Install and connect Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) servers, fabric interconnects, and related hardware.
• Configure system to match Customer’s production environment standards.
• Ensure proper integration with Customer’s existing network infrastructure.
• Support cross-site communication.
• Install VMware ESXi on Cisco UCS servers.
• Set up VMware vCenter to manage disaster recovery (DR) environment, either linked to or independent from production.
• Configure virtual networks, resource pools, and storage connections in line with primary site.
• Set up Pure Storage systems and connect them to virtualization environment.
• Install and configure enterprise backup solution to support recovery operations.
• Assist in setting up data replication from primary site and test backup and/or restoration capabilities.
Requirements
• Must be experienced with/in disaster recovery (DR) and data center builds
• Able to clear Live Scan clearance in California
