Review job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager. Foster long-term relationships with candidates. Review and understand job requirements. Format resumes to meet client expectations. Create detailed job descriptions. Follow up with candidates. Develop recruitment strategies and plans. Work closely with the recruitment manager. Qualifications Ability to build strong relationships and work independently and productively. Proficiency in MS Office tools. Self-confidence and self-starter attitude with good written and verbal communication skills. 1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused, sales-related position.
