\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work straight weekend block position (Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights)
\n• Provide care in 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU
\n• Care for patients with acute stroke, SAH, seizures, and post-surgical conditions
\n• Manage patients requiring invasive intracranial pressure monitoring
\n• Perform frequent neurological assessments and hemodynamic monitoring
\n• Assist with routine CT, MRI, and Angio procedures
\n• Handle 2-3:1 patient assignments
\n• May need to float to other ICUs/Step down units
\n• Neurosurgical ICU experience required
