Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our Trade Show Event Staff team. This role is responsible for assisting with the setup, breakdown, and logistics of trade show events. The ideal candidate is dependable, enjoys hands-on work, and can adapt to a fast-paced event environment.

This job will require 15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting event materials and equipment
• Set up booths, displays, signage, furniture, and other trade show assets
• Operate hand tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed
• Follow setup instructions to ensure accurate and timely event preparation
• Assist with event breakdown and repacking after shows
• Safely handle and move materials to prevent damage
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable means of transportation
• Previous experience in event setup, general labor, or warehouse work preferred
• Non-CDL box truck driving experience preferred
• Forklift operating experience preferred (certification a plus)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends as needed)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
