Test Technician / Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist

Location: Westlake Village, CA | Type: Full-Time, Onsite | Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 + Benefits

About the Company:

We’re partnering with a cutting-edge life sciences startup revolutionizing cold-chain logistics through smart technology and real-time data. Currently in the pilot phase of product deployment, the company is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional to support both electronic product testing and warehouse fulfillment operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact team working at the intersection of technology and healthcare logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bench testing of electronic devices, including sensor setup, power-on checks, and data validation
• Conduct quality inspections using detailed work instructions; report and document anomalies
• Support packaging and preparation of outbound shipments
• Manage inventory flow, including moving product pallets between testing and shipping areas
• Assist with order fulfillment, including final assembly checks of high-tech, subscription-based transport units
• Participate in general warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, and shipping

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in electronics testing, assembly, or warehouse/distribution roles
• Hands-on electrical testing experience required
• Background in electronics or as an electronics technician strongly preferred
• Experience testing RF devices
• Comfortable working in both lab and warehouse environments
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical field is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and a self-starting mindset
• Adaptable, process-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment
