Key Responsibilities

• We are hiring Tax Preparers / Enrolled Agents to support our growing accounting practice during tax season.
• This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance their career in tax and accounting while working with an experienced and supportive team.
• You will prepare and review tax returns, assist clients with tax planning, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (federal, state, and local)
• Provide tax planning advice and support to clients
• Communicate with clients regarding documents and tax-related questions
• Stay updated on current tax laws and filing requirements
• Assist with audits and IRS or state correspondence
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of work
• Work closely with team members to deliver quality client service

• Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred; CPA is a plus
• Experience in tax preparation, preferably in public accounting or tax services
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Work Schedule: Tax Season (February-April): Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (13 Saturdays)
• Off-Season: Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
