Job Title: Spray Foam Insulation Helper
Position Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Helper to join our growing team!
In this role, you'll assist with applying spray foam insulation, preparing job sites, supporting lead technicians, and transporting materials and equipment. You'll play a key part in making sure projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

This role is perfect for:

• Someone with experience in commercial/industrial painting, general technician work, or construction.
• Someone eager to learn a specialized trade — no spray foam experience needed! We’ll provide full training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, application, and cleanup of spray foam insulation jobs.
• Safely drive a truck and trailer to and from job sites.
• Help prepare structures for insulation (masking, covering, staging).
• Work closely with lead technicians and management to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and workspaces in good condition.

Skills and Experience:

• Basic mechanical skills, carpentry, or construction knowledge preferred.
• Experience with insulation, waterproofing, or air sealing is a plus.
• Must be comfortable backing a truck and trailer.
• Prior spray foam experience is a bonus but not required — training provided!

Requirements:

• Physically fit and agile; able to work in tight spaces like attics and crawlspaces.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently.
• Willingness to work in a construction environment, including hot summer conditions.
• Dependable, organized, and positive attitude.
• Clean, professional appearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to pass a pulmonary fit test.
