Turner Duckworth is looking for freelance Senior Designers to work with our New York team.

About You

Youre a creative thinker with a passion for design that makes an impact, blending strong strategic thinking with refined craft in typography, layout, and storytelling. You are curious, organized and adaptable. You dont shy away from a challenge, with a solution-focused can-do attitude.

• Explore, create and execute original and well crafted design solutions at a project level
• Strong ability to understand visual toolkits and create design solutions that can be used across all channels and communications of brand and visual identity system(s)
• Collaborate closely with creative leads and work across all disciplines as an active team player

• Expertise in Adobe Suite, Figma - a must

• Experience with type design, C4D, After Effects - a plus

Compensation Range:$50.56 -$69.18 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
