Adelphi is seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct patient care at a facility in Kerr County, Texas. - Successful completion of FBI fingerprint background check (provided) Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation.
- Educate patients on medications and care plans.
- Perform computer data entry (training provided).
- Support patients with advanced skills, including G-tubes, enteral feedings, Foley catheters, and tracheostomy care
- Collaborate with RNs and Nurse Managers to ensure high-quality patient care.
