Introduction:

This role is for someone who wants to be in the room , learning directly from experienced executives, building relationships across the team, and growing fast. It’s not a remote role. We are looking for someone who values high-impact collaboration and is excited to live and work in Naples, Florida.

We are expanding the sales team for our fast-growing private aviation company and are seeking the right person to become our next Sales Associate. Position Overview:

The Sales Associate is a foundational role on the Outlier sales team. You'll work directly with Sales Directors to engage new prospects and support active sales efforts. This is a high-touch, high-growth opportunity where you’ll gain experience with C-suite clients, travel to industry events, and develop a deep understanding of private aviation, sales strategy, and luxury client service.

You’ll be backed by sales enablement tools, coaching from senior leadership, and a flat team structure that values new ideas and quick execution. This role is built for someone ambitious, curious, and ready to outwork the competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Directors and Sales Management to generate new leads and opportunities through cold calling, email solicitation, research, and engagement of existing prospects within Salesforce. 
  • Develop proficiency and expertise on market and industry competitors.
  • Accurately document sales engagement in Salesforce and proactively manage follow-up effort, escalating top sales opportunities and shepherding clients through the sales cycle.
  • Respond to written and oral inquiries by providing general information of all Outlier products, ranging from the industry’s leading Jet Card & Charter programs to a growing aircraft brokerage and advisory practice.
  • Educate, consult, and advise prospects on the private aviation industry, its benefits for both business and leisure, and Outlier’s value proposition within the larger landscape.
  • Qualify potential Outlier clients based on their travel needs and financial expectations. 
  • When appropriate, secure an in-person meeting or conference call with the Sales Director. 
  • Act as a business partner to your Sales Director, collaborating on creative strategies to grow Outlier’s client base and consult.
  • Consult on product development and business strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ year sales experience preferred in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with executive level prospects
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and collaborate within Outlier’s flat sales organization
  • Positive, organized, and professional demeanor
