About the Role: As our Registered Client Services Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting multiple financial advisors and their clients, ensuring seamless client service and operational efficiency. This full-time hybrid role in Raleigh, NC, involves serving as a primary point of contact for clients, processing transactions, managing records, and providing comprehensive administrative support to the advisory team. You will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and account servicing needs.
  • Support advisors in preparing client meetings and materials.
  • Process account openings, transfers, trades, and other client transactions.
  • Manage client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive client reports.
  • Collaborate with advisors and operations staff for seamless client service.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Series 7 and Series 63, 65 (or Series 66 equivalent) licenses required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in client service, operations, or advisor support within a wealth management or RIA environment.
  • Must maintain a clean U4 with no disclosable events.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and industry regulations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in relevant industry software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • A commitment to outstanding client service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
