Real Estate Trainer – Trueblood Real Estate

Full-Time | Travel Required | Experienced Real Estate Professional

Position Overview:

The Real Estate Trainer will lead engaging training sessions and ongoing development initiatives across multiple markets. This role requires a confident presenter with proven real estate sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow. Travel to our current and expanding market locations will be a regular part of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality onboarding and skills-based training to new and experienced agents
  2. Facilitate large group training sessions both in-person and virtually
  3. Support agents in adopting Trueblood’s systems, technology, and processes
  4. Provide coaching and guidance on best practices in lead management, prospecting, and client service
  5. Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop new training content
  6. Maintain a fun, engaging, and results-focused learning environment
  7. Travel to regional offices to support training needs across markets

Qualifications:

  1. Real estate sales experience required (active license strongly preferred)
  2. Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience in real estate
  3. Strong presentation skills with the ability to command a room
  4. Ability to train and inspire groups of varying experience levels
  5. Willingness to travel regularly
  6. Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy with strong follow-through

Salary starting at $60,000 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Travel will be required

Possible overnight travel

Supplemental pay types:

Real Estate Agent Trainer is allowed to be a producing agent in this role.
