Holding a current and valid real estate license is a mandatory requirement for this role. Responsibilities Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute Team lead generations systems weekly Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers Track tasks and activities in PLACE & KW Technology Conduct multiple open houses monthly Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly training and Team Meetings Qualifications Team player Licensed real estate professional 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Learning based, growth-minded Organized Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues Excellent time management skills About our team The Seattle Real Estate Team is dedicated to providing exceptional service throughout the greater Seattle area.
