The Product and Engineering organizations build and maintain the software powering a global network of digital currency products and hardware terminals. Reliability, security, and seamless customer experience are at the heart of everything they deliver.
As a QA Analyst , you will ensure the quality and stability of these products before they reach customers. You'll design and execute test plans, uncover defects, partner closely with developers, and help maintain a culture of quality across the organization.
This is a hands-on position where you will test internal tools, customer-facing applications, and system integrations, supporting product launches and continuous improvements.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to understand features, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts across multiple applications and environments.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing .
Log, prioritize, and track defects with clear documentation and reproducible test steps.
Validate fixes and enhancements prior to release, ensuring all deployments meet quality expectations.
Assist in the maintenance of test data, test environments, and structured testing documentation.
Support light API validation and basic database checks (e.g., running simple SQL queries, reviewing logs).
Participate in sprint ceremonies and advocate for quality during planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Help refine and strengthen internal QA processes, tooling, and best practices.
Experience in fintech, crypto, or other highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with test automation tools or frameworks.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
Exposure to systems that integrate hardware and software (e.g., kiosks, ATMs, terminals).
2+Â years of experience in QA, software testing, or a similar quality-focused role.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration).
Experience writing and executing detailed test cases and test plans.
Proficiency with issue tracking tools (Jira or equivalent).
Ability to perform basic API testing and run simple SQL queries (nice to have).
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
Analytical thinker with the ability to break down complex features and edge cases.
Clear communicator, able to articulate defects, risks, and testing outcomes.
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
