Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist @ Eide Bailly LLP | Firm Admin & Admin

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Work Arrangement: In Office

A Day In the Life


  • Answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs callers to appropriate personnel or department.
  • Ensures reception area, conference rooms and kitchen are maintained, stocked, and organized for clients and staff.
  • Greets and assists all clients and visitors upon arrival to office.
  • Reviews, sorts, and routes incoming mail; ensures outgoing mail has proper postage and is picked up. Includes maintaining activity log for client drop-offs and pick-ups.
  • Manages UPS and FedEx activity.
  • Manages office deliveries (front and rear doors, if applicable).
  • Places orders for office supplies and group lunches as needed, including stocking and setup of same.
  • Completes projects as assigned by the Office Administrator, including but not limited to memos, letters, and reports.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, copying, faxing, non-department specific.
  • Assist with office equipment issues, reporting, and resolution.
  • Assist with Tax Engagement Letters (as time permits).
  • Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects.


Who You Are
  • You have High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • You have 5 years of experience in reception with professional service firm experience preferred.
  • You have strong customer service skills.
  • You can operate a multi-line telephone system.
  • You can communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • You can establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients.
  • You can multitask and prioritize and do same under pressure.
  • You have a high level of professionalism, showing respect, discretion, and a polished presence in all interactions.
  • You have dependability and consistency, following through on commitments and delivering reliable results.
  • You have a strong sense of accountability, taking ownership of your work and contributing to team success.
  • You have excellent organizational skills, effectively managing time, priorities, and details in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel : including the ability to create spreadsheets, perform data entry, use basic formulas, format worksheets.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word : including formatting, creating tables, headers & footers, and utilizing mail merge functions.
  • You are proficient in DocuSign : including creating, sending, and tracking documents for e-signature.
  • You are proficient in Adobe Acrobat : including creating, editing, and commenting on PDFs.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams .
  • You must be available to work overtime, which may include Saturdays and Sundays, during busy season.
  • This position requires prolonged standing and sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching, and the ability to lift 20 lbs.


Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation

$23.00/hr - $28.00/hr.
