Pay Range: $40 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating and Bidding
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to prepare competitive bids
• Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Project Management
• Oversee awarded projects from contract negotiation to final completion

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; 3 Years of Experience in Commercial Project Estimating?
• Painting and Wallcovering?
• Must have experience using estimating software tools like Planswift or Bluebeam or Takeoffs?
• Must Have Valid Legal Driver’s License
• Strong ability to negotiate contracts, coordinate teams, and interact professionally with clients
• High attention to detail in estimating, scheduling, and managing budgets
• Comfortable using a smartphone, tablet, and project management tools
• Commercial estimating: 3 years (Required)
• License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
