Summary

The Plant Manager will lead and drive all plant activities to ensure that consistent levels of excellence are achieved and sustained while developing a fully engaged and talented workforce.

Key Activities

• Manage the day to day operation of production, maintenance, planning and logistic, investigating, troubleshooting and resolving operational and technical issues
• Ensure the facility attains/exceed Key Performance Indicators
• Develop and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Quality, EHS, and facility maintenance programs and system and ensures compliance with local laws and regulations
• Lead and manage continuous improvement process to drive improvement in employee culture, EHS, quality, cost and service.

Preferred Skills

• Able to work in a manufacturing plant environments.
• Practical knowledge of SOP and training program development and implementation.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Educations & Experience

• 5 years’ experience in food & beverage manufacturing, production management, maintenance, and engineering, and developing high performance teams.
• Knowledge of food safety & Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) regulation, requirements and systems.
