Are you a Reformer Pilates Instructor ready to be part of building something new from the ground up? At Solterra Wellness Club , opening in Polaris in Early 2026, were creating a boutique studio where movement feels inspiring, personal, and transformative and were seeking founding instructors to share their expertise and help shape the culture of our wellness destination.

• Per-Class Pay: (based on experience & certifications).

Responsibilities

• Teach engaging private and group Pilates (Mat & Reformer)
• Deliver exceptional client experiences rooted in safety, form, and personalized coaching.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors on special events, workshops, and community offerings.
• Help drive retention and new member growth through authentic client relationships.
• Represent Solterra Wellness Clubs values as a wellness ambassador.

Qualifications

• Certification in Pilates (Balanced Body, Merrithew/Stott, Romanas, RYT 200+).
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience teaching diverse clients and class formats.
• Passion for community, wellness, and continuous learning.
