  • Monday: Remote from home, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM

  • Tuesday Friday: In-office, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (4-day clinic workweek)

• Location: Danville, KY (initial training at our Lawrenceburg location)

With our second location opening in Danville, KY, were seeking a Nurse Practitioner who shares our passion for modern, holistic healthcare.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who embraces a holistic approach to modern medicine. The ideal candidate is passionate about innovative, evidence-based care and is eager to grow in a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans

• Develop individualized care plans integrating modern and holistic modalities

• Provide and oversee treatments including:
  • Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

  • Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

  • Thyroid Optimization

  • Medical Weight Loss

  • Peptide Therapy

• Interpret labs and imaging to guide medical decision-making

• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and lifestyle adjustments

• Document patient interactions and medical decisions using Hint Health EMR

• Communicate with care teams and patients through Spruce Health

• Stay current on emerging treatments and protocols in integrative medicine

Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Kentucky

• DEA certification (or eligibility) for prescribing controlled substances

• Interest or experience in one or more of the following: HRT, Peptides, Weight Loss, Thyroid Optimization

• Familiarity with Hint Health EMR and Spruce Health (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for holistic, patient-centered, and innovation-driven care
