The National Accounts Manager, Kroger/Meijer/Publix will spearhead the strategic growth and profitability of Stonewall Kitchen’s national grocery with a specific focus on key accounts such as Kroger, Meijer, and Publix. The objective is to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand presence for Stonewall Kitchen’s premium specialty food and home goods products within these high-volume, high visibility national accounts while ensuring alignment with the company’s quality and brand standards.

JOB SUMMARY

• Oversee sales and account management for national grocery with focus on Kroger, Meijer, and Publix.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market penetration goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers to drive performance and deliver exceptional results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at national accounts including buyers, category managers, and senior executives.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotional programs, and product placements to optimize sales and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and tailor offerings for national accounts.
• Represent Stonewall Kitchen as a brand 

EXPECTATIONS

• 10+ years of sales experience in FMCG; Prior experience in sales and sales leadership required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability; Syndicate/panel data familiarity a plus
• Outstanding presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Excellent leadership, organizational and project management skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience working with databases
• Experience presenting to and working with customers
• Must be able to travel up to 40%
