Medical Enrollment Specialist – Excel Proficiency Required

Are you detail-oriented with strong Excel skills and a passion for accuracy? Join our team as a  Medical Enrollment Specialist supporting Medicare Advantage enrollments. In this fully remote position paying $20/hour, you’ll ensure timely and compliant processing of member data while providing excellent service. What You’ll Bring:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with members and colleagues
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational and time management skills
• A collaborative spirit with a focus on teamwork and adaptability to changing priorities
• Resilience and composure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
• Attention to detail to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring data integrity

Requirements:

• Must be currently living in  Massachusetts
• Experience in data entry, document processing, or records management
• Exceptional communication skills for outbound calls and information gathering
• Analytical abilities for reviewing records, identifying discrepancies, and problem-solving
• Ability to work well within a team and support cross-functional tasks
• Proficiency in Excel - Essential for data management, tracking, and reporting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in customer service, telemarketing, or administrative support
• Background in quality assurance, compliance, or auditing
• Familiarity with health insurance processes or enrollment workflows
• Additional proficiency in data management tools is a plus

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience demonstrating relevant transferable skills
• Past roles that showcase your administrative, communication, or problem-solving talents, regardless of industry background
