Role OverviewThe Pave is acquiring and scaling infrastructure services companies across the country. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who can build a demand engine across our portfolio. This role is for someone who understands how to build marketing infrastructure from the ground up and drive consistent, measurable lead flow across multiple geographies and brands.
You’ll own all paid and organic strategy, manage digital assets for every operating company, and create the systems that turn site visits into sales calls.
