We are seeking a talented a Junior Personal Assistant to support our client, a busy private couple in San Francisco, CA. Ideal candidates will have good taste and an eye for design aesthetics. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing vendors, running errands, making flower arrangements, assisting with events, reservation bookings, and other ad hoc tasks. This is a wonderful opportunity to work for a lovely couple.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all vendors/contractors
• Running household errands as needed
• Booking reservations
• Making floral arrangements for the home
• Assisting with event planning
• Stocking the pantry and fridge
• Assisting with home organization projects
• Light clean up as needed
• Assistance with the coordination of vet and groomer appointments, as well as taking the dog to appointments as needed
• Dog sitting as needed
• Occasional dog walking
• Other ad hoc projects as they arise

Requirements:

• Must love dogs
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to pass an in-depth background check and provide excellent references
• Must be highly professional and personable
• Must be okay with receiving correspondence outside of standard business hours

Location:

5 days a week in person. San Francisco, CA. Standard business hours. Must have availability via phone or email after hours as needed.

Compensation:

$85-120k DOE
