Job Description

Leading Path is seeking a dedicated and innovative Junior Full Stack Developer to join a technical team supporting key initiatives in our customer's digital transformation journey. Most of this work will entail migrating data/files to a new platform which will include data reading, data conversation, data/file transformation, scripting, validation testing, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development within a team environment, and be able to work independently with a willingness to take on new tasks and challenges as determined by the team.
The onsite work requirement sits at 1 day in office per week, with occasional client surplus/needs requiring multiple days in office on occasion.

Requirements

Required Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or STEM related field with 1+ years of experience

 Experience in JavaScript, React, Node.JS, SQL is required

 Proficiency with serverless AWS services (RDS, SQS, Dynamo, Lambda, VPC)

 Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative team setting

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in other backend languages (Java SpringBoot, Python)

 Systems Design experience utilizing Sql – NoSQL databases into an application

 Experience performing data/file migrations with csv data and VBScript-ing is a plus

 Understanding of how to design applications/systems from scratch

 Docker experience is a plus
