Summary
As a member of Tech’s HR/Legal Systems team, the HCM Application Architect maintains, supports, and enhances the architecture of Human Capital Management related software solutions, making sure they fit with Wakefern's technology, infrastructure, and business strategy.
This role is involved in all phases of the lifecycle of multiple HCM related solutions, including implementation, testing, and onboarding of new modules/functionality, ongoing application and platform support, and the creation/enhancement and support of robust reporting capabilities.
For new HCM initiatives, this role will also assist with evaluating new application technologies and making recommendations for best uses for the company. In addition, HCM Application Architects train and mentor other team members in various facets of the supported HCM solutions.

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $175,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.
