Full-Time Personal Chef - Sorrento FL $30/hour

Seeking a dedicated and talented Personal Chef for a family in Sorrento, FL. This full-time position requires someone to work Monday through Friday, approximately 8-9 AM to 4 PM, preparing fresh, wholesome meals and baked goods in the home.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook fresh breakfast and lunch daily for the family.
• Prepare dinner in advance each day, ready for easy reheating.
• Bake fresh bread from scratch weekly.
• Create healthy homemade baked snacks from scratch, such as graham crackers.
• Prepare fresh smoothies daily.
• Make infused water daily.
• Grocery shop for all necessary ingredients.
• Maintain a spotless and organized kitchen at all times, including cleaning up after all cooking.
• Prepare bulk batches of Mexican refried beans and Mexican rice for the child.

Dietary Focus:

• Prioritize carnivore-style meals for one adult, focusing on meats like chicken, salmon, and ground turkey.
• Prepare balanced meals for the other adult, incorporating protein with vegetables and some carbohydrates.
• Be able to adapt meals for a child, including the ability to prepare his preferred Mexican rice and beans.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a chef, with a strong emphasis on baking from scratch.
• Ability to create delicious and healthy meals tailored to specific dietary needs.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation for grocery shopping.

Compensation & Terms:

• $30 per hour
• Guaranteed 30 hours per week
• Start ASAP
