We are seeking a Digital Art Director for a 6 month contract with a prestigious media and publishing company based in NYC. This role works Onsite 4 days/week and offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled designer to contribute to a high-profile project.

As a Digital Art Director, you’ll collaborate closely with a variety of teams, including Commerce Editorial, Marketing, and Content Operations, to create and visually compelling campaigns across digital platforms. This role offers the chance to showcase your design skills in a fast-paced environment while working with a well-established brand.

Digital Art Director Responsibilities:

• Design and develop digital assets (graphics, videos, animations) for web, email, app, and paid media platforms.
• Ensure creative output aligns with brand standards and vision across multiple brand portfolios.
• Apply strategic thinking and design principles to drive business growth through high-quality visuals.
• Collaborate with Creative Director and Project Managers to optimize assets based on data and performance insights.
• Organize and manage digital assets while staying current on industry trends and best practices.

Digital Art Director Qualifications:

• 4+ years of design experience in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce, with a focus on performance-driven work.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative, high-impact, consumer-facing designs.
• Expertise in design fundamentals including typography, color theory, UX/UI, and ADA-compliant design.
• Excellent communicator and team player with strong attention to detail and project ownership.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, After Effects, and familiar with motion graphics, HTML, and social media design.
