Job Description

Company :

David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Our first product is a protein bar. More broadly, David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable.

This is a compelling opportunity to be a part of an exciting new food brand as we operate within a critical growth stage. David is led by CEO Peter Rahal, the Cofounder and Former CEO of RXBAR ($600M exit to Kellogg in 2017). We have strong aspirations to become the most popular high-protein bar in North America and beyond.

Role :

We’re looking for an energetic, reliable individual to join our Event Support Team, a flexible crew we call on when we need extra help at key events. You’ll travel to support activations such as trade shows, samplings, and brand events. Ideal candidates are outgoing, enthusiastic, and have strong people and sales skills. This role has expected travel approximately once a month or every other month. You’ll play a vital role in helping David deliver impactful in-person experiences.

Responsibilities :

On Site Event Support:

  • Travel to support brand events including samplings, expos, and community activations
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of event materials including tables, signage, and displays
  • Represent David with professionalism and enthusiasm while engaging attendees and offering samples
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event space

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Initiate conversations with attendees to introduce them to David
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and mission of David’s products
  • Support product sales at events when applicable and create memorable brand interactions

Logistics and Coordination:

  • Manage the expo schedule and handle show preparations, including packing supplies, organizing setup, and printing marketing materials.
  • Travel to expos to represent the brand: engaging attendees, sampling, and selling product.
  • Lead setup and breakdown of booth space, manage inventory, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Coordinate scheduling and communication with brand ambassadors and support staff.

What you’ll bring :

Preferred but not required:

  • Familiarity with event logistics, setup, and execution.

Required :

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate vendor relationships.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable being hands-on at events, including weekend work as needed.
  • No ego when it comes to pitching in, from high-level coordination to scrappy tasks.
  • A proactive problem-solver with strong follow-through and ownership.
  • Collaborative, self-driven, and excited to contribute to a fast-growing team.
  • Passionate about working at an early-stage CPG brand with a mission to help people increase muscle and decrease fat.

Practicalities :

  • This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City. We work onsite five days a week — when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
  • Salary: $50 - $70K per year
  • 100% covered Health, Vision, Dental Insurance.
  • 401(k) with 4% match.
  • Additional perks, such as covered gym expenses.
  • Substantial and required PTO.

Application Process :

  • Applications will be evaluated on a rolling basis.
  • The target start date for this role is August/September 2025.
