Job Description
Our client, located in Nashville, TN. is looking for a temporary Document Control Clerk to join their team for a 6 month period.
The ideal candidate will have experience within engineering and / or construction, with direct experience within Procore, Bluebeam, and / or Aconex.
- Receive, log, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents (e.g., drawings, specifications, reports, contracts).
- Maintain document control systems and databases to ensure accurate tracking and retrieval.
- Ensure documents are filed and stored according to company procedures and project requirements.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure timely review, approval, and revision of controlled documents.
- Assist project teams with document formatting, version control, and compliance with document standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure proper documentation flow.
- Archive project documentation at project close-out and support audits or inspections as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in document control
- Familiarity with control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint, or similar platforms)
- Willing and able to commit to a 6 month long contract assignment that is fully on-site

Compensation : $23-$30/hour based on experience
