We are an outdoor membership club in Dripping Springs (and soon to be Horseshoe Bay) that takes a high end country club approach to the shooting and fishing sports. We have 3 rules at the club for members and employees.; be safe, no politics, and be kind.
We will be scaling the company a lot in this coming year. We are at 5 headcount now and expect to be at around 30 within the year. We are opening an additional location with aspirations to grow further from there. To that end, we need someone special that can help execute, refine operations, and solve problems for myself, the CEO/Founder.
I am a vision, culture, and finance based leader with 20 years of entrepeneurship and leadership experience. I thrive with logistics minded operating partners who love executing.
The ideal candidate will coordinate the meetings and the comms between myself and our leadership team to help drive traction and results. We have experience with and will be using the EOS Operating System (big bonus for anyone familiar).

Role Description
This is a full-time mostly on-site role located in Dripping Springs, TX and Horseshoe Bay, TX for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing operational workflows, implementing strategic initiatives, supervising team management, overseeing budgeting and financial planning, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Director will collaborate with various departments to drive business growth and meet organizational goals.
