This position is responsible for the daily operational management of a faith-based women's shelter, its mission and financial objectives set by the Board of Directors. As the Executive Director you will be tasked with planning, directing, managing, and supervising all staff, activities, and programs. This includes overseeing budget management, case management, volunteer programs, grant proposals, and networking opportunities

cies-Effectively communicate with external parties and represents the organization to community partners and a variety of networking opportuni
ties-Respond to resident or staff emergencies or taking corrective actions as necess
ary.-Perform accounting functions including managing payroll and accounts receivable and pay
able-Collaborate with the Finance Committee and the Executive Committee to develop a proposed bu
dget-Support the Case Manager in identifying community resources that can support activities required by resid
