Your Role as a Customer Service RepresentativeAs the public face of our nonprofit partners, you will represent powerful social causes and foster community support by engaging directly with people at fundraisers, live events, and outreach programs.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent nonprofit organizations at community events, fundraisers, and grassroots outreach programs
Engage authentically with the public to communicate inspiring messages about social causes and missions
Educate and motivate individuals to get involved and support charitable initiatives
Build meaningful relationships that encourage ongoing donor support
Collaborate with outreach teams to ensure seamless and effective campaign execution
Uphold values such as integrity, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction
