Harford Community College is seeking a student-centered, equity-minded leader to join our Admissions team as Coordinator of Student Recruitment . This role is a key contributor in advancing our mission to empower students, support regional workforce development, and transform lives through education.
In this position, you'll design, manage, and implement all student recruitment efforts, while providing operational and supervisory support across the Admissions team. You'll engage diverse prospective student populations with cultural competence, drive early access recruitment strategies, and oversee outreach initiatives that support enrollment growth—including for international students as our Primary Designated School Official (PDSO).
