Job Title : Clinical Research Coordinator

A physician-led specialty practice in the greater Pittsburgh area is seeking a strong, experienced CRC to join their small but passionate research team. This is an exciting chance to work across multiple studies and physicians, while helping shape the future of the research program as it continues to expand.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and execute day-to-day clinical trial activities in accordance with protocols and regulations
• Work closely with physicians, site staff, and leadership to ensure patient recruitment, retention, and protocol compliance
• Perform regulatory tasks, maintain study documentation, and support data entry/EDC management
• Help promote clinical trials to eligible patients and communicate trial benefits clearly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal photographers, site staff, and sponsors to maintain quality and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in interventional clinical trials
• Proven ability to manage multiple studies and communicate with various stakeholders
• Personable, organized, and proactive in identifying ways to improve site processes
• Excellent patient interaction skills and confidence in discussing research participation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a technical research therapeutic area
• Previous experience in a small practice or academic setting

Details:

Location: Greater Pittsburgh, PA

Pay: $60k-$72k (Dependent on background and years of experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday; Normal Business Hours; Onsite 5 Days a Week

Duration: Contract-to-Hire (1040 Hours)
