_Key Responsibilities_

* Conduct detailed evaluations for personal injury patients, including accident-related assessments
* Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on recovery and documentation
* Perform chiropractic adjustments and therapeutic techniques (e.g., trigger point therapy)
* Educate patients on pain management, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness
* Maintain accurate, legally compliant documentation for PI and workers’ comp cases
* Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, and other healthcare providers as needed
* Stay current on best practices in personal injury care and chiropractic innovation

_Qualifications_

*Required:*

* Valid chiropractic license and malpractice insurance
* Minimum 2 years of experience treating personal injury patients
* Strong understanding of PI documentation, SOAP notes, and legal compliance
* Excellent communication and patient education skills
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits

*Preferred:*

* 3–4 years of chiropractic experience in Massachusetts
* Familiarity with workers’ compensation protocols
* Holistic health and wellness mindset
* Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) a plus
