Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends)

Position Mission

Deliver expert chiropractic care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal conditions, with the goal of improving patient outcomes, reducing pain, and restoring optimal function.

Position Objectives

  • Provide timely, accurate, and effective diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal system disorders
  • Reduce patient pain and improve physical function through evidence-based chiropractic interventions
  • Actively engage patients in their recovery and educate them on long-term wellness
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Pain Management, and other specialty teams to co-manage care
  • Maintain clinical excellence and remain current on best practices in chiropractic medicine
  • Support the organization’s mission, values, and reputation through high-quality care and patient interactions

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of new and returning patients using orthopedic, neurological, and functional evaluations
  • Develop and implement personalized chiropractic treatment plans
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback
  • Document patient encounters clearly and compliantly within EHR systems
  • Educate patients on posture, ergonomics, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery
  • Work closely with other clinical team members to ensure coordinated and interdisciplinary care
  • Participate in clinic meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture through professionalism and teamwork
  • Represent the Performance Ortho brand and values in both clinical and community settings

Education and Experience

Required:

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
  • Valid New Jersey Chiropractic License (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working in a multidisciplinary outpatient setting
  • Exposure to sports medicine, rehabilitation, or integrated pain management environments
