We’re looking for a R emote Estimator to join a growing Colorado-based construction firm. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves numbers, problem-solving, and being part of a collaborative team - all while working from home.


What you’ll do:

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects , including cost analysis and bid preparation
  
  
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather accurate data
  
  
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to identify potential risks or opportunities
  
  
• Maintain and organize historical cost data for future projects
  
  
• Support the team in preconstruction planning and value engineering
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction
  
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  
  
• Proficient with construction software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
  
  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  
  
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
