The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and scale its security team, with a focus on protecting customers, employees, and partners across various systems. The CISO will be responsible for shaping the security strategy, implementing practical controls, and ensuring that security measures support the company's growth and innovation. This role requires a strategic and handson approach, with the CISO expected to set direction, manage budgets, lead audits, and certifications, and be involved in technical aspects such as architecture reviews and incident response. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security, including experience in cloudnative systems, and a proven ability to build and mentor highperforming security teams. Candidates for the CISO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a SaaS or technology company. A deep understanding of security frameworks and standards, as well as experience in incident response, threat modeling, and risk management, is essential. The CISO will be expected to partner with engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure security is integrated into the company's systems and processes. Excellent communication skills and a balanced, businessfirst mindset are also required.
