We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Brand Promoter to join our Chicago team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about brand representation and enjoy working directly with customers. As a Brand Promoter, you will be responsible for promoting products and services, building brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote client brands in a professional and engaging manner

  • Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns

  • Educate potential customers about product features and benefits

  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional displays

  • Maintain detailed product knowledge and stay updated on new developments

  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve brand promotion goals

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Previous experience in promotions, marketing, or customer service is a plus

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Confidence in public speaking and engaging with diverse audiences

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and evenings

  • Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
