Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounting for multiple commercial properties
  • Handle rent, CAM charges, insurance, and tax reconciliations
  • Process accounts payable and receivable using Rent Manager and QuickBooks
  • Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closings
  • Ensure accuracy of lease data and tenant billing, with a strong understanding of triple net (NNN) lease structures
  • Collaborate with property managers on tenant activity, budgeting, and reporting

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of property accounting experience (commercial preferred)
  • Strong understanding of triple net leases
  • Solid Excel skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and property accounts
