We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Property Manager Assistant to help support the daily operations of our multifamily apartment communities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with multifamily experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to grow their career in property management.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations and resident relations
• Support rent collection, lease renewals, and resident communications
• Help coordinate maintenance requests, unit turns, and vendor scheduling
• Ensure resident issues are addressed promptly and professionally
• Participate in property walks to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
• Assist with leasing activities: showing units, processing applications, and follow-ups
• Help maintain accurate records, files, and compliance documentation
• Work closely with on-site staff and vendors to ensure smooth property operations
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract and retain residents
• Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and basic financial tracking
What We're Looking For
• Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
• Previous experience in multifamily property management (2+ years preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
• Reliable transportation
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
