Desired Education/Experience/Skills:
» Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
» 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture or related design fields.
» Proven experience as an Architectural Designer/Drafter, preferably within a design-build or design-assist environment.
» Proficiency in Revit for design development, documentation, and coordination is essential.
» Experience using Bluebeam and Reviz to for markup, collaboration, and construction document review.
» Proficient in Microsoft Excel for project data tracking, schedules, and coordination tasks.
» Develop and maintain ongoing efforts to improve sector efficiency and quality of work.
» Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, building codes, and materials.
» Familiarity with DSA and public project coordination is a plus.
» Demonstrated ability to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings and construction documents.
» Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
» Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
