XNRGY is currently seeking an After-Sales Service Coordinator to join its team located in Mesa. Reporting to the Service Manager, this person will play a key role in deploying the new operational service model. This individual will interact daily with our clients, external partners, and field service technicians to ensure top-quality service.

An overview of your responsibilities:

Customer Request Management

• Efficiently manage and prioritize requests to ensure quick resolution and high customer satisfaction
• Record, categorize, and direct requests to the appropriate teams (warranty management, technical support, parts sales)

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Engage internal stakeholders (Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, etc.) to ensure timely and effective responses
• Clearly and assertively communicate service needs and their level of urgency

Administrative Tasks

• Plan and coordinate travel and expenses for field service technicians
• Ensure adequate coverage and timely site visits
• Support service performance tracking through data, charts, graphs, and reports

What you'll need, among other things!

• 3 to 5 years of service-related experience in a structured manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, process improvement experience, and ERP/CRM system proficiency
• Degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC technology, or a related field
• Willingness to travel across the US and Canada as needed
