🧠 The Role:
We’re looking for an Associate Attorney to join the Business Litigation group. You’ll work on high-exposure matters and be mentored directly by partners.
You’ll be involved in:
• Business and real estate litigation
• Contract and partnership disputes
• Commercial and insurance litigation
• (Optional) Trademark filings, product liability, or premises liability work
🎯 Requirements:
• 0-3 years of litigation experience in California
• Licensed and in good standing with the CA Bar
• Strong writing, organizational, and case management skills
✨ Nice to Have:
• Business or real estate litigation background
• Experience with USPTO trademark filings
• Judicial clerkship experience
