This position in cooperation with the Risk Management Division Manager, and Workers’ Compensation District Managers will be responsible for development, implementation and improvement of the training programs for statewide Workers’ Compensation Coordinators and other agency support staff. This position will also assist with adjudication of Workers’ Compensation claims as assigned by the Division Manager and the oversight of all Vocational rehabilitation (VOC), Alternative Employment Program (AEP) and Permanent Total Disability claims for the State of Illinois.
