Wiring Technician

High Point, NC | Full-Time | On-site

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Wiring Technician to join our production team supporting critical industries like defense, research, and aerospace. If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and want to contribute to high-impact, high-quality projects, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide wiring and assembly tasks
• Build and terminate cables (single and multi-conductor) to exacting specifications
• Wire and assemble panels, enclosures, and harnesses, ensuring clean layout and routing
• Terminate and label wires with precision for operational reliability and traceability
• Perform high-quality soldering, adhering to IPC-620 and J-STD-001 standards
• Deliver consistent accuracy on repetitive, detail-driven tasks

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of hands-on wiring or electrical assembly experience
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-spec manufacturing is a strong plus
• Proficiency with soldering, crimping, wire termination, and electrical assembly tools
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Comfortable using hand tools such as crimpers, wire strippers, multimeters, etc.
• IPC-620 and/or J-STD-001 certifications are a bonus (but not required)
• Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and consistency
• Self-motivated, dependable, and focused on quality
