TruCut is the leading supplier of service parts for the HVAC industry. On behalf of our OEM partners, we produce and ship thousands of private-labeled, genuine OEM parts and assemblies to contractors and distributors across the Western Hemisphere. Are you an experienced welder that is looking to make a change? If so, we are looking for a couple of talented welders to join our team in our Sebring location.

• Fuse metals with the skill of a surgeon.

What We Are Looking for in You:

• Experience welding like a pro (bonus if you’ve got certificates to prove it!).
• Ability to read blueprints and understand them.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Safety-first mentality.
• A willingness to learn and an openness to be taught.
